2024 Tuition

 

Full payment must accompany registration. Please see additional information regarding discounts and cancellations below the tuition rates.

In-Person Course Tuition:

 

Tuition Rate: $750

 

Student Discount: Full-time graduate students, doctoral students, and resident physicians must upload documentation at the time of registration to qualify for a reduced tuition of $600 for

in-person courses.

Live-Online Course Tuition:

Tuition Rate: $625

 

Student Discount: Full-time graduate students, doctoral students, and resident physicians must upload documentation at the time of registration to qualify for a reduced tuition of $475 for live-online courses.

*Please note this course will include opportunities to interact with faculty teaching a live in-person course in Orleans, MA.

Discounts:

Multiple course discount: Individuals that wish to take more than one course will automatically receive $100 off of their second course at checkout. Please note this is only eligible for courses taken by the same individual.

Active-duty and retired military members are eligible for 10% off. Please upload your military ID / verification at the time of registration and you will automatically get the discounted rate.

 

Groups of 5-9 are eligible for 10% off and groups of 10+ are eligible for 20% off. These discounts are automatically applied at checkout.

Scholarships: limited scholarships are available for individuals and groups. Please visit the scholarship page for more information.

Cancellation & Change Policy​ 

Cancellations: 

Up until two weeks before your course start date: For cancellations (in-person or live-online courses), you will receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee.

Between 14 days and 1 day: Credit may be applied to any 2025 or 2026 Cape Cod Institute course. No refunds will be issued at this time.

Once your course begins: 

We understand that circumstances outside of your control may impact your ability to continue to attend your course. Common examples include:

- Situations affecting a participant directly or their travel plans

- Unexpected injury or illness

- Significant connectivity problems

 

No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the day of arrival; do not show up; are dissatisfied with the presentation or content; or leave an event early for any reason. No partial credit/CE hours can be given if you need to leave for any reason.

 

Course Changes:

Before June 1: You may switch your course or the format (in-person/live-online) without a fee. A refund will be provided for the difference in price.

After June 1: Course or format (in-person/live-online) changes made after June 1, will result in a $50 change fee. There will be no price reduction for switching to a live-online course.

​In unforeseen circumstances, the Cape Cod Institute is not responsible for participants' travel, lodging, or incidental expenses.
