For both hotel and cottage guests, there's the added delight of our inviting indoor pool paired with an outdoor sundeck, a central playground, and a barbecue area. The accommodation options range from various hotel rooms, including suites and efficiencies and nine cottages.
They offer direct access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and facilities boast a range of recreational amenities such as a basketball court, 5-hole mini-golf, horseshoe pit, badminton, shuffleboard court, fitness room, and a ping pong table.

Located less than 10 minutes from the Cape Cod Institute, Cranberry Cottages has operated as a traditional Eastham cottage colony for over fifty years. There are studio and 2-bedroom cottages available on a weekly basis all summer.

The Nauset Guesthouse has been a popular accommodation for Cape Cod Institute attendees who return yearly. The Nauset Guesthouse has been in collaboration with CCI attendees for over 10 years. CCI guests become a special part of our guesthouse and are enthusiastically welcomed into our circle of guests/friends.
