Child Care Options

There are multiple day camps located nearby to the Institute. Many offer half and full-day options for a wide range of ages. Children are not permitted in classrooms at the Cape Cod Institute.

The National Seashore also offers a host of family-friendly excursions and hands-on learning programs for kids throughout the summer.

 

Before your arrival, the Institute staff will send you a detailed filled Summer Guide noting their favorite family-friendly activities and establishments on Cape.

Brewster Day Camp

 Summer day camp on Cape Cod serving children ages 3-16 years old specializing in helping children find their voice through creative play, social coaching, and physical skill-building. Offering a wide range of activities including art, archery, biking, boating,    environmental education, field sports, horseback riding, golf, low ropes course challenges, tennis, theater, sailing, and Stand Up Paddleboarding.

Wellfleet Audobon

Wellfleet Bay Nature Day Camp in Wellfleet inspires lasting curiosity and excitement about nature in children ages 6–13. Campers have fun while making friends and exploring the outdoors. Above all, we create happy and memorable outdoor experiences for our campers!

Namequoit Sailing Day Camp

Youth Sailing Classes. Monday Through Friday 9:00 am to 12 noon 

For BEGINNER and INTERMEDIATE Level Sailors.

Curriculums Designed for
Ages 8-11 and 12+

Laurel School Day Camp

Offering half days (9:00a.m. - 1:00p.m.) and full days (9:00a.m. - 3:00p.m.) for children ages 15 months to grade 6. Wide range of activities including swimming, sports and games, arts and crafts, music, science and nature.
